Chill the Big Dutch Fudge to 40º F. prior to use.
Mix the Mini Caramel Turtles and pecans in one container.
Add the Caramel Syrup to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the turtle/ pecan blend and swirl in the Big Dutch Fudge, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the nuts, the turtles and the variegate.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 7 ounces of Mini Turtles, 7 ounces of the pecans and 23 fluid ounces of the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate.
