Turtle Cheesecake Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
A creamy flavor-filled cheesecake ice cream chock full of Mini Caramel Filled Turtles and pecans.

  1. Mix the Mini Caramel Turtles and pecans in one container.
  2. Add the Cheesecake Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the turtle/ pecan blend turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the nuts and the turtles.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 7 ounces of Mini Turtles and 7 ounces of the pecans.
