Spumoni Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
A classic Italian dessert made of three parts, pistachio ice cream, fruit and nut ice cream and chocolate ice cream, all put together to make one great dessert.
Total Preparation Time:25-30minutes
    Spumoni Fruit and Nut Portion
    1. Divide the Spumoni Fruit mix in half and add the first half to the ice cream mix in the batch freezer and freeze.
    2. Mix the balance of the Spumoni Fruit Mix and the pistachios together.
    3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the fruit and nut blend, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the blend.
    Old World Portion (Pistachio)
    1. Add the Pistachio Background Flavor to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
    Chocolate Portion
    1. Add the Swiss Chocolate Syrup to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
    Final Steps
    1. Swirl all three portions together to make a triple layered ice cream.
