Salted Caramel Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
A salted caramel flavored ice cream with a salted caramel swirl throughout.

Instructions
  1. Chill the Salted Caramel Variegate to 40ยบ F. prior to use.
  2. Add the Salted Caramel Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, swirl in the Salted Caramel Variegate, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and variegate.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 25 fluid ounces of Salted Caramel Variegate.
