Pistachio flavored ice cream with pistachio nuts throughout.

  1. Add the Pistachio Background Flavor to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  2. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Pistachio nuts, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the nuts.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 14 ounces of Pistachio nuts.
