Pistachio Chocolate Almond Ice Cream by:
Pistachio flavored ice cream with pistachio nuts and chocolate coated almonds throughout.
Total Preparation Time:8-15minutes
- Add the Pistachio Background Flavor to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
- As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Pistachio nuts and the Chocolate Coated Almond Clusters, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the nuts.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 7 ounces of Pistachio nuts and 7 ounces of Chocolate Almond Clusters.
