Peach Pie Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Made with real Peach Puree, Natural Peach Flavor, Sliced Stabilized Peaches and Pie Mix Pieces.

  1. Chill the Sliced Peaches to 40° F. prior to use.
  2. Add the Peach Puree and the Fresh Flavor For Peach to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Sliced Peaches and sprinkle in the Pie Mix Pieces, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the peaches and the pie mix.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 26 fluid ounces of Sliced Peaches and 7 ounces of Pie Mix Pieces.
