Mississippi Mud Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Coffee flavored ice cream with a rich blend of chocolate chunks and peanuts.

  1. Add the Coffee Background Flavor to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  2. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Chocolate Chunks and the Chocolate Coated Peanuts , turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, chunks and the peanuts.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 12 ounces each of Chocolate Chunks and Chocolate Coated Peanuts.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Chocolate Chunks and Chocolate Coated Peanuts in the freezer.
