Chill the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate to 40º F. prior to use.
Add the Vanilla to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
Mix the kone flakes and the peanuts together.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the mix and swirl in the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the mix and the variegate.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 18 ounces of the candy mix and 23 fluid ounces of the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate.
Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Choco Peanuts and the Choco Kone Flakes in the freezer.
