Chill the Butter Fudge Variegate to 40ºF. prior to use.
Add the Butter Caramel Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Fudge Brownie Pieces and swirl in the Butter Fudge Variegate, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the brownies and the variegate.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 10 ounces of Fudge Brownie Pieces and 19 fluid ounces of Butter Fudge Variegate.
Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Fudge Brownie Pieces in the freezer.
