Jamaican Mousse Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Coffee flavored ice cream sprinkled with chocolate chips and swirled through with a rich chocolate sauce.
Total Preparation Time:8-15minutes
  1. Chill the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate to 40ºF. prior to use.
  2. Add the Coffee Background Flavor and the Marshmallow Variegate to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. . As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Chocolate Chips and swirl in the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the chips and the variegate.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 8 ounces of Chocolate Chips and 22 fluid ounces of Big Dutch Fudge Variegate.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Chocolate Chips in the freezer.
