After Dinner Mint Ice Cream by:Dippin Flavors
A lightly flavored buttermint ice cream sprinkled with green mint and chocolate flakes.

  1. Add the Buttermint Background Flavor to the ice cream mix in the batch freezer and freeze.
  2. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Green Mint & Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the flakes.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 19 ounces of Green Mint & Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes. To insure maximum freshness, store the Green Mint & Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes in the freezer.
