  1. Add the Espresso Flav-R-Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  2. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, swirl in the Big Dutch Fudge Variegate and sprinkle in the Espresso Fudge Pie Mix, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the variegate and the pie mix.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 23 fluid ounces of Big Dutch Fudge Variegate and 11 ounces of Espresso Fudge Pie Mix.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Espresso Fudge Pie Mix in the freezer.
