Coconut Chip Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Coconut flavored ice cream liberally sprinkled with chocolate chips.

  1. Preheat the Chocolate Chip Mix to 95-105ยบ F. prior to use.
  2. Add the Coconut In Syrup to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, add the Chocolate Chip mix, stirring vigorously.
  4. As the Chocolate Chip Mix hits the cold ice cream, it will shatter to form chips. Vigorous stirring results in fewer and larger chips.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 11 fluid ounces of Chocolate Chip Mix.
