Chocolate Suicide Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
A delightful mix of French Silk chocolate syrup, Marshmallow Variegate, Chocolate Flakes and Thick Fudge Variegate.
Total Preparation Time:8-15minutes
  1. Warm the Thick Fudge Variegate to 80-90ยบ F. prior to use.
  2. Add the French Silk Chocolate Syrup and the Marshmallow Variegate to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes and swirl in the Thick Fudge Variegate, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the flakes and the variegate.

Note: Recipe must be made with a minimum of 12% butterfat mix.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 11 ounces of Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes and 19 fluid ounces of Marshmallow Bon Bon.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes in the freezer.
