Add the Dutch Blend Chocolate Syrup to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, add the Chocolate Chip Mix to the ice cream with vigorous stirring, also adding chunks of Broken Sandwich Cookies.
As the Chocolate Chip Mix hits the cold ice cream, the chocolate will shatter to form chips. Vigorous stirring results in more and smaller chips; less vigorous stirring results in fewer and larger chips.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 9 fluid ounces of Chocolate Chip Mix and 29 ounces of Broken Sandwich Cookies.
Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Broken Sandwich Cookies in the freezer.
