  1. Add the Vangold Vanilla to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  2. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Big Chocolate Chunks, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the chocolate.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 11 ounces of Big Chocolate Chunks.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Big Chocolate Chunks in the freezer.
