Add the Two-fold Vanillin to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, add the liquid Chocolate Chip Mix with vigorous stirring.
As the Chocolate Chip Mix hits the cold ice cream, the chocolate will shatter to form chips. Vigorous stirring results in more and smaller chips; less vigorous stirring results in fewer and larger chips.
Note:A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 9 fluid ounces of Chocolate Chip Mix.
