Chill the Bordeaux Cherries to 40º F. prior to use.
Drain the juice from the Bordeaux Cherries and pour into the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Bordeaux Cherries and sprinkle in the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the cherries and the flakes.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 21 fluid ounces of Bordeaux Cherries and 8 ounces of the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes.
Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Chocolate Flav-Flakes in the freezer.
