  1. PART ONE: Add the Egg Custard Base and the Butter Pecan Flav-R-Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  2. PART TWO: Add the Frommage Flav-R-Base to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As you are filling your containers, sprinkle in the Praline Pecans and swirl together part 1 and part 2 ice cream flavors, maintaining a three parts caramel to one part frommage ratio.

Note:  If you have two batch freezers, the ice creams can be swirled with the use of a “T” fitting.  Be sure to maintain a ratio of three parts Caramel ice cream to one part Frommage.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 10 ounces of Praline Pecans.

Storage:  To insure maximum freshness, store the Praline Pecans in the freezer.
