Brownies -N- Fudge Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Vanilla ice cream with Chocolate Ribbonette and Fudge Brownie pieces.

  1. Chill the Chocolate Variegate to 40ยบ F prior to use.
  2. Add the Vangold Vanilla to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, sprinkle in the Fudge Brownie Pieces, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the brownies.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 27 fluid ounces of Chocolate Ribbonette and 27 ounces of Fudge Brownie Pieces.

Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Fudge Brownie Pieces in the freezer.
