Bordeaux Cherry Ice Cream by:Dippin’ Flavors
Vanilla ice cream flavored with cherry juice and swirled with Bordeaux Cherry Halves.
Total Preparation Time:8-15minutes
  1. Chill the Bordeaux Cherries to 40 F. prior to use.
  2. Drain the juice from the cherries and add it to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Bordeaux Cherries, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the cherries.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 25 ounces of Bordeaux Cherries.
