Bordeaux Cherry Ice Cream by:
Vanilla ice cream flavored with cherry juice and swirled with Bordeaux Cherry Halves.
Total Preparation Time:8-15minutes
- Chill the Bordeaux Cherries to 40 F. prior to use.
- Drain the juice from the cherries and add it to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
- As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Bordeaux Cherries, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the cherries.
Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 25 ounces of Bordeaux Cherries.
