Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Chill the Bordeaux Cherries to 40 F. prior to use.
  2. Drain the juice from the cherries and add it to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
  3. As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Bordeaux Cherries, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream and the cherries.

Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 25 ounces of Bordeaux Cherries.

    We have been eating cherry bordeaux ice cream from our favorite ice cream parlor for a couple of years and loving every single bite (or lick :), but recently they have been unable to get it. It comes from Ontario. We miss it so-o-o much. Hope this recipe will satisfy our desires Now the search to find the ingredients (have the vanilla, of course).
