Chill the Bordeaux Cherries to 40º F. prior to use.
Drain the juice from the cherries and add ½ cup of the juice with the Amaretto Flavor to the ice cream mix in the freezer and freeze.
As the ice cream is being filled into the containers, fold in the Bordeaux Cherries and sprinkle in the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes, turning the container occasionally to achieve uniform distribution of the ice cream, the cherries and the flakes.
Recipe Note: A three-gallon container of ice cream requires 16 ounces of Bordeaux Cherries and 19 ounces of the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes.
Storage: To insure maximum freshness, store the Chocolate Flav-R-Flakes in the freezer.
