Baskin-Robbins has announced the return of their Turkey Cake, just in time for Thanksgiving.

Our industry has reached a point where we can do just about anything in regards to flavor combinations.

According to a press release on the Baskin-Robbins website, ” Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, is offering ice cream lovers a unique treat to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday this year with the return of its popular ice cream Turkey Cake and the introduction of new Mini Turkey ice cream treats. To help spread the holiday spirit, Baskin-Robbins is also offering guests its new November Flavor of the Month, Gingerbread Junction, in addition to a cool alternative to the classic pecan pie holiday dessert, ice cream Turtle Pie.”

“Turkey Cake is “glazed” with Caramel Praline Topping and is decorated with sugar cone legs, and can be customized with a guest’s favorite ice cream flavor.” Baskin-Robbins made the popular Turkey Cake available throughout the month of November.

Holiday Ice Cram Flavors - Dippin' Flavors In addition to the Turkey cake from Baskin-Robbins, they are also offering Turtle Pie, mini-turkey cake treats and a specialty ice cream flavor, Gingerbread Junction. According to the Baskin-Robbins press release, “This nostalgic concoction combines gingerbread and vanilla ice cream with a cinnamon caramel ribbon to create the taste of a freshly-baked gingerbread cookie dunked in a cold glass of milk.”

Holiday ice cream flavors are a big part of success in the ice cream industry going through the winter months, which is why it’s important to plan a diverse offering of specialty flavors throughout the winter season.
